EA Play Will Be Included with Xbox Game Pass on November 10

The best deal in gaming just got a whole lot better. Over the past few months, it's been apparent that Xbox is doubling down on Game Pass to ensure that it has an ever-growing library of titles for its subscribers. From early access to games such as Grounded, to new game releases coming directly to Game Pass, such as Battletoads, to older games getting added each month, there really is something on Game Pass for everyone. And with the announcement of xCloud, a feature that allows Ultimate members to stream more than 100 games straight to their Android phones or tablets, Xbox is just getting started.

Today Xbox has announced that they will be working with Electronic Arts to bring EA Play, the service formerly known as EA Access and Origin Access, to Game Pass members on November 10, alongside the launch of Xbox Series X|S. This means more than 60 of EA's biggest games will join the Game Pass Ultimate and PC libraries, at no additional cost. The list of new games includes Battlefield VTitanfall 2Battlefront IINFS Heat, and Dragon Age: Inquisition just to name a few. Game Pass Ultimate members will be able to play these games across Xbox's current and next-generation platforms along with Windows 10 PCs while Game Pass PC members will be able to play on Windows 10 PCs, as expected. Ultimate members will also see a few of the games available on their android devices through xCloud.

Through Game Pass, members will also gain access to exclusive in-game content, challenges, and rewards as well as deals and discounts for DLC, games, and more. There will also be up to 10-hour trials available for some of EA's latest titles like FIFA 21 and Madden NFL 21.

Plus with Doom: Eternal coming to the service in just a few days as a result of Microsoft's acquisition of Zenimax, now is better than ever to join Game Pass. If you're somehow still on the fence, you can give it a go for just $1 for your first month.

The Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S will also be officially launching on November 10 and though the initial recorded breaking preorders already happened on September 22, there will be more consoles available closer to launch. Through Xbox All Access, gamers will have the option to get the "most powerful Xbox ever" and 24 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for $24.99 a month with the Xbox Series S and $34.99 a month with the Xbox Series X.
