Nintendo Direct Mini Overview | September 2020

Lots of rumors have been flying around about upcoming games to Nintendo hardware (as well as new hardware altogether.) Today, September 17, 2020, we had another Nintendo Direct Mini to confirm some of these rumors, while still leaving many up for debate. There were certainly a few surprises and some of the games announced will even be releasing on the eShop later today. Here are all the games that were announced during the September Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase:

  • Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin | Summer 2021
  • Fitness Boxing 2: Rhythm and Exercise | December 4
  • Disgaea 6: Definite of Destiny | Summer 2021
  • Empire of Sin | TBA
  • Sniper Elite 4 | Holiday 2020
  • The Long Dark | Available Today
  • PGA Tour 2K21 | September 25
  • Hades | Available Today
  • Balan Wonderworld | March 26, 2021
  • Rune Factory 5 | 2021
  • Ori and the Will of the Wisps | Available Today

The Long Dark, Hades, and Ori and the Will of the Wisps will be available later today. A Collector's Edition Set for Ori and the Will of the Wisps was also announced alongside the game. Next week Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest, Mario's Super Picross, The Peace Keepers, and S.C.A.T. will be added to Nintendo Switch Online. And in case you missed it earlier this week, Nintendo confirmed that they are in fact working on another console. This follows recent leaks regarding a 4K capable Switch.
